Barbados bride in Marisol mantilla veil from The Mantilla Company

One thing that always inspires me about The Mantilla Company is that veils are purchased from brides all around the world. It is so amazing to see which veil the bride chooses, how she decides to wear it, and what lovely location she's wearing it in.

Today's gorgeous cathedral wedding is set in the tropical island of Barbados and has just earned its place in the most stunning cathedrals I've ever seen! Barbados has many beautiful old churches and cathedrals but it's clear why Real Bride Sam chose this one as the backdrop for her wedding day.

Sam and Avinash's breathtaking tropical cathedral wedding is elegant, sophisticated and traditional. The couple married in a beautiful cathedral with island charm and Spanish influence. Those Spanish tile floors are spectacular! Barbados, which is ranked as one of the most beautiful island countries in the world, served as the perfect location for their wedding day.

As you can tell from the photos, the cathedral wasn't the only showstopper. The bride was equally stunning! Sam wore the Marisol Ivory Lace Cathedral Veil and selected to have the 30 inch drop veil blusher. Our drop veil blusher is a popular choice for brides who want the look of a mantilla veil without having the lace frame the sides of her face. Sam's veil fit so well the the style of her dress, and the overall look of the wedding too. She could not have looked more beautiful!

It was definitely a beautiful wedding day for the happy couple. Scroll down to see what Sam had to say about her special day and take a look at some of her photos to see what I mean!

"Dear Gloria,
I ordered the Marisol veil (around April 2016) for my wedding in Barbados. Avinash and I wanted to say a huge thank you. The veil was more of a highlight than the dress and I am so happy I chose it. I've attached a few pictures for you to see how it looked on the day, Please take care and keep up the good work."
